“I started sing Use-IP some time back because of their excellent advice and support, both pre and post sale, which helped me to choose the right cameras and equipment for the job and helped with sorting out issues afterwards. Since then I've stuck with them for several more cameras for those same reasons. Keep it up guys!”

“Bought one 8mp and three 5mp turrets as well as an 8 channel NVR a few months ago but only installed them lately. Very happy with the quality of their products. I’ve got a bit of condensation on two cameras due to installation coinciding with cold weather but I’m hoping that will clear itself up. Any company that runs a forum on their sales website has confidence in their products. Nothing to fear from buying off these lads. Brian Ireland”

“I recently decided to increase the security of my flat by adding a couple of cameras! After a couple of searches, I landed on use-IP website, where I found professional security cameras, and after a few emails with their staff, ended up purchasing a pair of Hikvision cameras! They helped me all the way through the selection of the cameras and delivery was really fast (and free!) I'm really happy with their products and services, and would definitely recommend to others!”

“I recently purchased three Hikvision indoor Cube cameras to add to my existing CCTV system. Delivery was very prompt, but it was their after sales support that really impressed me. I experienced a minor glitch with the set up and the company could not have been more helpful in trying to resolve the problem. The company takes customer satisfaction very seriously and I would gladly recommend them to other prospective purchasers.”

“Ordered CCTV kit and turned up the following day with no extra postage, had a problem with setting it up, spoke with Daniel and got it sorted almost straight away. Wish more companies gave customer service like this. Will recommend these guys to everyone”
