“I expected next working day delivery to mean next working day delivery. Not dispatched two days after the order to be dispatched over the weekend arriving effectively almost a week from the order.”

These were not in stock and needed to be made for your order. We received your order 10:28am and confirmed the ship date within 30 mins. The ship date was was two working days after ordering, so delivery on the 3rd working day. We reponded promptly giving you the opportunity to cancel and order elsewhere if you needed them sooner than we could offer. Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. We always endeavor to meet or exceed expectations and are sorry that on this occasion we fell short of this. We’ve looked into the problem, it appears we manufactured and shipped on time but TNT only delivered one of the two packages. This was not noticed until the afternoon and TNT were unable to deliver the separated item until the following day. We are sorry for the inconvenience this will have caused you . Universal Networks.
