“Placed an online order on Saturday for a single fibre lead that was in stock. Hadn't had a dispatch email by Wednesday. Rang up and told my order had been missed. Phone operator very good. I was disappointed online order was "missed".”

We are really dissapointed that the order you placed on Saturday got missed as we work hard to maintain a high strandard of service and feedback. We receive an email notification when orders are placed and usually jump on these immediately. We will be more vigilent on Monday to check back over the weekend. As it was, when you called in at 3:30pm to alert us, we managed to process and despatch your order within 20 mins so that the goods shipped that afternoon.
