Hi Gary, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. We always endeavor to meet or exceed expectations and are sorry that on this occasion we fell short of this. We’ve looked into the problem, it appears we manufactured and shipped on time but TNT only delivered one of the two packages. This was not noticed until the afternoon and TNT were unable to deliver the separated item until the following day. We are sorry for the inconvenience this will have caused you . Universal Networks.
