“We had to resolve an issue where the wrong type of fibre had been installed, The possible solution suggested by the support team at a company we purchase fibre from was related to Eddie Hing at Universal, We 'Googled' and contacted Universal and other companies because our usual supplier didn't have one of the components in the possible resolution they had suggested. Eddie initially confirmed Universal Networks had all the relevant components in the required modes. He then asked for a lot more specific details over a series of communications by phone and email before eventually concluding the suggested solution was not going to work, We were on the point of saying good bye when Eddie had one last thought on the matter Mode conditioning. Although it was not typically used for the circumstances we were facing, Eddie believed it was close enough, he described the way in which it worked and I could see that there in theory should be no reason why it wouldn't work. As a result an electrical contractor and an AV company no longer need to remonstrate as to who was to blame for the installation of the wrong cable and a client can watch his satellite TV without a clue as to the preceding turmoil.”

“I exchanged a number of emails regarding technical queries. Liz was extremely helpful in answering them and providing advice. Placed the order and on the day of delivery I was out - had a call from Liz to tell me TNT was attempting to deliver and what would I like done with the package? Outstanding service on a relatively low value order. I wish the service I received on an order 40 times this value from another supplier had been half as good. Placed a second, higher value order last week and received an email later to say thank you and tell me that they had donated 32 pairs of flip flops to children in Cambodia to prevent hookworm. Helpful, friendly and generously ethical. Oh, and very, very competitive on pricing.”
