“Terrible company. They promised a refund that I never received. They kept saying since August that they were looking into it. I have conversations via what’s app asking for bank account details and even voice messages that they will do the refund: it’s almost December and they keep having meetings about my refunds. Never buy from them. If you want them to keep your money, go ahead !”

“Placed order in Sept 2023. Since I did not receive the parcel, I contacted customer service for a refund and they said they would refund on 08 Oct 2023, as of 01 Nov2023 I have not received a refund and website disappeared and their email is not reachable anymore!”

“Has anyone else still not received products yet? The Company closed down! I placed an order on 29.09.2023 worth almost 400 euros. No products, no refund. I reached someone on the mobile yesterday, who explained I would get a refund as they are an honest company. I should send an email to sales, he said. I sent several emails to sales as well as customer service before I had this phone conversation. Today, I was informed that both email addresses are disconnected. If someone from UK Sarms is reading this, contact me and refund my money. This is unacceptable. Otherwise, I will press legal charges! It is an annoying process, but it is worth it for me! I have done this plenty of times before. Anyone who did not receive the products or refund, please get in touch with me! Together, we are stronger, especially when I go the legal way. I look for others on different websites! Hang in there, Guys!”
