Not received yet was supposed to be delivered by the 11th may it’s now the 16th and still not received them.

Hi Paul, Sorry to hear you've had an issue with your order We don't appear to have been contacted by you before now to let us know there was an issue; it's always best to drop us an email as soon as something is late to get in touch with the carrier. We dispatched your order on the 9th, but it looks like it has been lost by Royal Mail; as you can see from the tracking number, we would have emailed you. We will raise a claim with them for the lost post and resend the order today for you. Thanks, Robbie

I cancelled my order by email 3 minutes after I paid because I found the face coverings I had lost. Ukmedi still took the payment and sent the items. Read your emails perhaps.

I spent just over £25. This gave me free delivery. At checkout a 10% discount code popped up which I applied. When I check my account I was charged £3.99 extra for shipping as the discount of £2.50 to it below £25. The payment was not updated on screen. Customers should see how much they are paying before proceeding to payment.

Hi, Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. I've checked and our checkout does correctly update the payment amount after a discount coupon is applied but understand how this could be confusing. All of our promotions (free shipping, discounts) can only be used separately and we are working on a way to display this better at the checkout. I'm going to refund you an additional 25% off your order which you should see back on your card in a few days. Robbie

Hi Ryan, sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. It looks like you contacted us after we had closed on Friday to let us know there was a problem with your order. We have then responded to you on Monday when we opened again and your order has been resent. I've checked the tracking and this is due to arrive with you tomorrow. Looking at the tracking for the original order, it was dispatched by us on time, but appears to have been lost within the postal system. If you can drop us an email when you next want to place an order and we can upgrade your shipping to next day delivery for free. Thanks, Robbie
