Hi Ashee, Thanks for your review and I have checked your concerns on this order. I can see that you contacted us with parts of a plagiarism scanner showing highlighted aspects of the work. The highlighted parts are a quote from a judgment and a piece of legislation and these are referenced appropriately as such. “I requested the additional 500 words to be used not only on the summary but also on the Apendix, however it wasn't done. The summery its now to long and not good at all. I feel like I wasted my money on requesting additional words as I haven't received what I asked for. Therefore if you not able to provide what you are asked for then do not offer the service. I haven't requested all 500 words to be used on just summery, and now its way too long.”

Hi Monika, I hope you are well. I have reviewed your order and I believe your concern relates to the amendments which have been completed by the researcher. Your amendment request noted the following: 'I cant see clear summary, the guidelines asked for log and then for summary, I can just see the log.' Having reviewed your original order instructions, it did not appear that the summary had been requested so it was our understanding and the researcher's understanding for the amendment request was the completion of the summary, using the 500 additional words ordered. There was no further direction on the distribution of this word count in your correspondence. As such, it would appear that your amendment request and additional content were completed in line with your direction. Hi Shreen, Thanks for your review and feedback. The model answer that was provided for your order was completed to the 2.1 standard and this has been marked and double marked to verify this. The reason that you got a lower grade yourself was how you rewrote the work. For example, there were areas where you rewrote the work but left out the referencing/evidence completely. The main concern the tutor had with your submission was the lack of research and evidence as a result. “I ordered a full dissertation service and also paid the premium for a top researcher and the ability to make changes for three months prior order delivery. I requested changes to be made based on feedback from a tutor, however despite being advised that these would be completed they were not completed within the timeframe given and neither was this feedback to me. This left me extremely short on time before the submission date. The service I paid for was a 2:1 grade however, the piece of work actually failed. I read such good reviews of this service and I had very high hopes. At this point I find myself £1300 down and with a dissertation that I now need to repeat due to it failing. Honestly, I personally would not recommend this service.”

I can see that your amendment request was sent in on 24th April and the researcher needed until 28th April to assist you as the scope of the amendment was quite significant. We did ask the researcher to try and assist you before this time however, they were unable to do so. We always ask researchers to complete amendments as quickly as possible however, during our busy periods, we do ask for your patience as researchers' workloads are particularly hectic. Hi Abdullah, Thanks for your review and I can see that we have offered you compensation regarding this so if you would like the Aftercare team to process this for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Regarding the scan you have sent to us, it only showed 10% matching and when you consider that not all matching text is a problem, it certainly isn't an issue that would be considered as plagiarism. For example, common phrases and terminology will have been written by thousands of students over the years and so you would naturally expect a small amount of matching content. Quotes that are referenced properly are highlighted but naturally this is not an issue. Also, things like references, policies and guidelines will have naturally been written about and referenced by thousands of students and so you would expect some matching content. However, there are a couple of part sentences that we have acknowledged could have been written differently and so this is why the Aftercare team have offered you a partial compensation as an apology for this on the order. Hi Muna, Thanks for your review. Please do check the work through again as the researcher has answered all 5 questions and they are even numbered 1-5 to help signpost them. With the word count ordered only being 250 words, this means that the answers to the 5 questions are very brief indeed and this is why we did advise when you first placed the order that the assignment needed 2000-2500 words to answer the questions in detail. Please also note that there is a difference between questions (all of these are answered) and grade descriptors. Not all grade descriptors have been addressed because the order was placed at Merit level; therefore, the grade descriptors for a Distinction grade haven't been addressed. If you would like to increase the word count (and I would certainly advise this) and increase to the Distinction, our Aftercare can arrange this for you.
