“I am normally very wary of these reviews, and always wonder if they are real! but I am a genuine customer and couldn't fault the service with this company and had to write this review. I was very dubious about buying a van online and handing over a large sum of money to someone I had only emailed and spoke to on the phone. But true to their word, I had a shiny new van, with all the extras I had asked for, delivered to my door. I can recommend this company to anyone who wishes to buy a new van. A week after I had bought mine, my cousin also bought one and is equally as happy. I am happy to speak to anyone who has any doubts about buying a van online from this company.”

“We were very nervous about ordering and paying up front for a vehicle we hadn't even seen but should not have worried. Shaun and Mark were very patient and understanding about our concerns and reassured us with lots of contact until the van was delivered. A brilliant service and a great price. “To be honest I was a bit of a sceptic when reading all the reviews for ukvansdirect I thought they couldn't all be that good. But I'm very pleased to say the service I revived from start to finish has been first class. I selected the van I wanted, I was given a fantastic price what I ordered had to be built for me but it was delivered to my door right at the start of the two week delivery window I was given. There was no hard sale from a salesman and I never once had to visit a garage. What more could you ask for.”

“A hassle free transaction from start to finish (the way it should be) saved myself ££££s on a new Peugeot Boxer, no hesitation in recommending UK Vans Direct to anyone in the market for a quality van at a good price, everything completed in a timely manner & van on my doorstep when they said it would be ! Must give special mention to Mark with whom I dealt with direct, very helpful & knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble. I know where I'll be heading when it comes time again, for a new van - UK Vans Direct. Steve (Fife)”

“Excellent service, completely relaxed and hassle free It was a little scary at first when you don't see the actual vehicle that you're going to buy, but Mark at UK vans was very reassuring. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new van, I've bought vehicles direct from ford dealers and this way was loads easier. Thanks”

“Very impressed with UK Vans Direct, the level of service was excellent and would have no problems in recommending UK Vans Direct. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the van was perfect just what I was looking for and the price was right in our budget. The delivery was exceptional too, the driver was very helpful, polite and courteous and it was a very professional handover.”

“We purchased a van from Shaun and from the initial contact to delivery took only a week from ordering to delivery. Shaun was always friendly, easy to deal with and quick to reply to both the initial request for information (unlike some companies which didn't even call back) as well as arranging the actual purchase. Completely straightforward from start to finish and we would definitely recommend UK Vans Direct.”
