First I had tried to buy a van off main dealers but their lack of interest in me was amazing. Thankfully I then made contact with Andrew at UK Vans Direct (New Vans Direct) who without being the least bit pushy gave me the facts and figures of the vans I was interested in. After consulting with him and weighing up my options I settled on a Renault Trafic Crew cab. I asked for extras such as a tow bar and ply lining. I was given a delivery date and sure enough just two weeks later on the day they promised I have my van. The service was great, the price was spot on and in all the years I have had of buying vehicles this was probably my easiest vehicle transaction. I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using them again in the not too distant future. Oh, I should add, I love my van!
