“I dealt with one person throughout who was very helpful and kept me informed at each stage of the deal. I will definitely deal with him again. Even after all was completed and van had been delivered he rang me to make sure I was happy. I have no hesitation in giving him 5*****.”

“The purchase of my new van through Mark took less than 2 weeks from opening discussions to agreeing price, sourcing finance, fitting ply lining to delivery to my home 9 working days later. The price was right, the service and more importantly the communication was fantastic and the van is fab. Thanks guys. Mike Rogers”

“Because they do what they say unlike others, Brilliant. You have no need to worry whatsoever about releasing funds to them. I was initially concerned about paying before seeing the van but all was exactly as they described. Best deal ever. Anyone who is concerned can call me personally on 07713507821 . “Found the best price at U.K. Vans Direct and fortunately they were fairly local to me. Dealt with Mark & Andy, nothing hidden. Everything was as promised and really quick to sort all paperwork and delivery. Happy to recommend to anyone.”

“UK Van's were very simple to deal with, all it took was a phone call and a couple of emails and our new van was on the way.. Shaun was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. A week later our new van was delivered. I would certainly use their services again.”

“Purchased a Renault Sport from these guys. Very knowledgable, very helpful, not pushy salesmen! Was worried about transferring money but rest assured they are real, they did deliver my van and I love it! I'm in the New Forest area and happy to prove to anyone that I have the van and that I purchased it from vans direct. HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone buying a new van! “First I had tried to buy a van off main dealers but their lack of interest in me was amazing. Thankfully I then made contact with Andrew at UK Vans Direct (New Vans Direct) who without being the least bit pushy gave me the facts and figures of the vans I was interested in. After consulting with him and weighing up my options I settled on a Renault Trafic Crew cab. I asked for extras such as a tow bar and ply lining. I was given a delivery date and sure enough just two weeks later on the day they promised I have my van. The service was great, the price was spot on and in all the years I have had of buying vehicles this was probably my easiest vehicle transaction. I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using them again in the not too distant future. Oh, I should add, I love my van!”
