“Disappointed that from an order I placed on 22 May, I am still waiting for three items, as they were/are out of stock. You still managed to take the money immediately from my account though. It's now 8th June.”

“Very few items have have any sizing information other than Small, Medium, Large etc., some numbers or measurements would be helpful, size guides are generic or even worse an international size conversion chart!, how can that possibly help!??. If nobody can be bothered to phone the manufacturer to request sizing information then at least get a tape measure out and give us some sort of clue! Must do better, nothing like what is presumably a sister company UKtights, as in no next day delivery and requesting sizing info got no response.”

“I am not happy about the length of time I have to wait for a replacement. I ordered a bra and the hook was faulty . I sent it back immediately and got an acknowledgment that it had been received but was told it could take up to 30 days to send an I damaged one? Why??”
