“I ordered items on 4/9/17 and despite several e mail promises I did not receive my order. On 21/11/17 you finally advised me that you would not be able to complete the order. You finally promised a refund on 25/11/17and at the same time accused me of harassing your customer service department to have this situation resolved. This is highly offensive and totally unjustified as the fault has been with yourselves and your suppliers - NOT with me. It would be nice to think that a senior manager from the company would contact me to apologise but my past experience leaves me to doubt it.”

“Great selection. I purchased two bras, one Felina and one Wonderbra. I had my bras the day after, even though I ordered in the afternoon. I will be ordering more in the future!”
