“Love the cold infuse teabags. Why can’t you buy them from the supermarkets anymore? I don’t like having to order and pay postage.”

“Loving my tea. Working my way through my choice of fruit teas. The Cranberry & Raspberry is divine. Have always loved the cold infusion bags so I've stocked up on these. Just wish another courier was used instead of Evri or delivery could be to a collection point instead.”

“As always, the tea is dispatched promptly. It is very good tea. To the company's credit they have made efforts to reduce the plastic waste arising from their posting packaging. The website would benefit from an overhaul, and spell checking.”

“This Two Seasons Darjeeling loose leaf tea is my absolute favourite tea! I can't drink coffee, so this is my coffee replacement. I make it very strong in the morning, around 4 scoops in my tea infuser in a large mug. My only gripe is that it comes in a tin only. At this point, I have 12 tins and really don't need more. I've used them to store other tea bags in but I still have a surplus. So, my wish is for Twinnings to make a refill bag in a recyclable, not plastic paper bag, to reduce waste and cost. You could even make this option available exclusively for repeat purchasers like myself, as I understand that a company still needs to make a profit. I would be able to buy more of my favourite tea on a more regular basis, as right now, I limit myself to no more than 3 cups per day to ensure it lasts a little longer.”
