Loved them. Bought for my holiday in December last year. Thought I'd get them out for May back holiday. 😫 So disappointed the straps at the back are on their last threats. Very poor design and workmanship. Loved the colour and design. Sadly I won't be buying again.

Always worn 9.5 or 10 depending on brand. Ordered both, too small, didn't loose hope and ordered 11, just about fit on front but too large otherwise that it comes off from the back while walking. Very akward sizing. Never owned Tresspass footwear in past but after 1st experience like this and paying for returns too, not worth the hassle.

Awful dispatch and delivery I placed an order on 3rd of May, using same details on previous order, they said royal mail returned due to not being able to identify the address. They cancelled that one, I placed a new order , they first sent an email saying one item is out of stock , which is fine. few moments later , the same story of royal mail: and then order cancelled again

I purchased the Tappin jacket just over a year ago, and the jacket had always had a faulty zip in that it was always stiff but I thought initially that it was just brand new and needed time to get working properly. Then the zip near the top of the jacket broke a few days ago. I contacted Trespass about this and they refused to refund because the jacket was out of warranty. The website does not mention anything about warranties in the return section and it says to send photos of the fault which I did. I also explained I was covered under the Consumer Rights Act but they still refused. I then asked for a partial refund which I am entitled to under the Act or a repair or replacement but I was still told it was out of warranty, which has nothing to do with my basic consumer rights. I also tried on the same jacket although not the same size in a trespass shop and found that the zip worked normally so the zip I had must have been faulty from the start.

Ordered the ladies Janus ll ski socks, having had them before. One pair (grey) were fine. The pink pair were a completely different size! Very small like a child's size. They were very short and only came halfway up my leg. I have very slim legs, in case you are picturing tree trunks! Could not wear them at all. Tresspass not interested when I contacted them, with photographs. Won't buy from Tresspass again.

I bought a pair of Magellan DLX shoes for a trip to Iceland. The temperature was always minus degrees and these shoes were excellent - not once had cold feet, and wearing normal winter socks. The grip was excellent too. I am normally a size 8/42 but trying a pair on in store I went for size 9/43 which was ideal. Very light weight so didn’t weigh down luggage on the way.

It is advertised as having two flap pockets but that is not true, they are false pockets! why do women’s jackets have so few pockets! There isn’t even an inner security pocket. The two zip pockets are quite small as well.

BEWARE!!! Customer service is awful. They have hardly anyone available to answer a call. Their returns procedure for larger items e.g. camping chair is terrible. They give you a returns label but the post office won't accept it as it's too big. Impossible to call them and you'll be waiting a while for a e-mail reply.

Very bad service from Trespass, returned a jacket and 4 weeks and still no refund. No one replies to emails or facebook messages. This is a bad customer service and because of that you get bad feedback. I bet you will reply now.

Returned jacket to Trespass on 23/10/20 and still not received refund despite emailing them weekly to remind them they owe me. Would not recommend and certainly would not buy from them again.

I have now received babies pink rainsuit. It's perfect. Lovely color and good sizing. Delay in receiving, but arrived now. Thank you.

Terrible click and collect service.My suggestion would be to avoid using their service as I have waited almost a week to collect 3 items and when finally notified that they had arrived I found that only 1 had actually arrived at the store and the others are still due to arrive possibly later in the week ,so approximately 2 weeks from order,this I think is very poor from a large company especially as retailers are saying how bad things are at the present time

Bought some walking boots. An updated version of some I have had for 6 years & was very happy with so went straight to Trespass. Wore them around the home to break them in as recommended. Wore then for approx half an hour outside (on a proper walk!) and they absolutely shredded my heels. I took them back to the Camberley shop & explained. The lady there was unhelpful, rude & patronising. These boots are not fit for purpose but evidently nothing they can do because I had worn them outside! She did phone area manager who (not surprisingly !)said the same! I was told there was nothing wrong with the boots but there must be if you cant go for a walk in walking boots!!Total waste of money. I have been a loyal customer but NO MORE sorry to say. Customer service non existent.

Dtr bought me a top which I returned on 5 May for exchange for a bigger size. I emailed in June asking for an update. Received nothing other than an automated response. I emailed in July - again nothing. No refund and no exchange. They’ve closed the phone lines and won’t respond to emails. Such shabby shabby service. Never shop with them.

I purchased a jacket online in June 2020. It was too large so I returned it securely asking for a smaller size. I am still waiting for a replacement despite several Emails (They do not take phone calls). What a shamble. You do wonder if they are still trading.

I am still waiting for a refund of over £60! Returned goods on 27th May now 25th June! Contacted customer services twice and had no response!! What a shambles! Can’t get through on the phone either.

I bought pair of trousers but because of size issue i wanted to exchange them for bigger size. 05.06.20 i sent them back via Royal mail ( tracked/delivered after 2days). I emailed custemer service and only got automated reply with ticket. I never experienced such a bad and ignoring service from any other company. Avoid!

A bit disappointed my wife gave me a lovely Trespass body warmer for christmas, the first time I used the outer chest pocket the item I put in went straight through onto the lining as the pocket was not attached properly, Don't know where my wife purchased this so can not return.
