I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio (EMAIL IN MY BIO), and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. Although I’m relieved the situation was resolved, the overall experience left me uneasy. It’s important for users to feel confident that their funds are secure and that any issues will be handled promptly. Strengthening the reliability and responsiveness of customer support would go a long way in building that trust.

I was contacted back in 30/10/2020 regarding information request in one of their cases. I replied and provided relevant family information. I duly received their information pack. I had no further contact so April 2021 I contacted them and was informed things were on going. Since then there has been no further update or communication despite several emails and phone calls leaving messages for a callback the last of which being January 2024 have all been ignored / unanswered. Some sort of update would be nice even if its the case has been dropped, Due Diligence comes to mind.

Short of words to describe the diabolical service received since first contacted by Treethorpe Ltd approaching 18 months ago. Beggars belief this organization remain in business…

We are very sorry to read about your disappointment in the time it has taken to deliver our service. There are a small number of general reasons that have contributed to the delays we’ve experienced, including difficulties in dealing with 3rd parties as a result of their re-emergence after COVID, and more recently postal strike action. Specifically for your case however, there is an outstanding matter that we have been trying to resolve with a 3rd party on your behalf, which they have not yet agreed to – resolving this matter as we have been pressing for would have a material positive effect for you our client.
