The tracking shows that Royal Mail did attempt to deliver your parcel twice and no one was home, they were then waiting for an update on when to deliver next and after 14 days have returned the parcel to me. You have been refunded.

“Pack came without lock so had to buy another lock waiting on possible refund which was done a few days later and they were very nice about it, couldn’t get a matching black finished lick which is why I brought the pack but the customer seems ok with it,small mistake from the company rectified so yes all good .”
