Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry for the confusion about delivery but you ordered on a Sunday which is not considered a working day for the couriers (as per our delivery page). Your order was therefore shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday as agreed.

I understand you had ordered the 3 inch rather than the 4 inch. However I can see the customer service team offered for you to send these back and reorder. No other issues were raised regarding quality.

“The bolt itself is fine but the screws supplied are substandard and not fit for purpose,
I screwed into a wooden door setting my screwdriver to low resistance but two of the screw heads snapped now embedded in the door with no way of removing, very disappointed”
