Very disappointed as I had new tenants arriving and couldn’t complete my project in time, I went and shopped at screw fix, what a waste of my money.
Called back and was put on hold and no reply waited 20 minutes”

“The products arrived super quickly, though weren’t always in good condition. They’d been packed in such a way that a number of the corners chipped off in the same place - though perhaps a fault of the courier rather than the product. Tradefit acknowledged the issue and kindly refunded me the shipping costs, as well as offering to release the broken pieces.”

The door knobs I’ve ordered and installed 1 has broken and the other two the spring load is so stiff that we cannot open the door to the baby room. Total waste of time I’m afraid.”
