“If this car is as good as the previous 4 I will be more than happy. The sales staff are not pushy, the prices are very competitive and the service has been excellent.”

“Tottington Motors were recommended to me as the staff were friendly and the vehicles of excellent quality. Went to seven main dealers then Tottington Motors as we wanted to assess all of them. Tottington Motors were so helpful and the staff so knowledgeable re their vehicles i didnt hesitate and purvhased a car straight away”

“Only purchased my car yesterday, but I've been to Tottington Motors 3 times because I saw an automatic advertised, they are the only company that always has an automatic car selection in, I test drove two of them and went back the following day to put a deposit on the one I'd chosen, but, I walked past another beautiful automatic which had only got into the garage at 5.00pm and it was love at first fight, so I cha nged my mind and had yet after another test drive the car was mine. The fact that Gavin and Gary at Tottington Motors were a pleasure to do business with, no hassle, no hard sell, just answered questions and told me to take as long as I needed made it a stress free trip to their "shop"”

“Great company....remarkable customer service! From our initial enquiry into the vehicle we was looking to purchase up to the point of collection all the sales staff we dealt with were, without exception, completely professional. At every stage of enquiry a rapid response was sent either by phone , email or text. At no point did our customer service representative....Gavin...try hard sell or over sell....we felt he was honest at every stage. As we were coming up from London my wife and I were glad that Tottington Motors made our trip that much easier by collecting us from the station to having our vehicle ready and waiting to go...to be driven back to London. What really surprised us was the handover given by Jason, the owner. He gave us a peronal brief of the vehicle, which was his own, and made us cups of unforgettable tea! Made by someone who appreciate the simplest of things done properly! We would just like to say a big thank you to all the guys who made our purchase that much more enjoyable. I think with these guys the bottom line is not just about making money....but delivering a service to its customers that is completely satisfactory.”

“Only one disappointing thing. When purchased the vehicle I was told the fuel tank was full but as I drove out of the gate it was barely on quarter tank. As I spent £36,000, filling the tank would have been a nice gesture. Excellent service otherwise and very nice people to deal with. I dealt with Craig and Gavin who were outstanding.”

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectation in terms of fuel, our policy as a business is to ensure that we always deliver a vehicle with a quarter of a tank of fuel, I do not understand why you have been advised that it had a full tank, please accept my apologies for this miss-communication. “When looking round we were left to browse with no pressure to buy. All our questions about the car were answered in full. Vehicle was serviced and in pristine condition when we picked it up. Would recommend Tottington Motors to anyone.”
