“Great company....remarkable customer service! From our initial enquiry into the vehicle we was looking to purchase up to the point of collection all the sales staff we dealt with were, without exception, completely professional. At every stage of enquiry a rapid response was sent either by phone , email or text. At no point did our customer service representative....Gavin...try hard sell or over sell....we felt he was honest at every stage. As we were coming up from London my wife and I were glad that Tottington Motors made our trip that much easier by collecting us from the station to having our vehicle ready and waiting to go...to be driven back to London. What really surprised us was the handover given by Jason, the owner. He gave us a peronal brief of the vehicle, which was his own, and made us cups of unforgettable tea! Made by someone who appreciate the simplest of things done properly! We would just like to say a big thank you to all the guys who made our purchase that much more enjoyable. I think with these guys the bottom line is not just about making money....but delivering a service to its customers that is completely satisfactory.”

“Only one disappointing thing. When purchased the vehicle I was told the fuel tank was full but as I drove out of the gate it was barely on quarter tank. As I spent £36,000, filling the tank would have been a nice gesture. Excellent service otherwise and very nice people to deal with. I dealt with Craig and Gavin who were outstanding.”

Good morning, thank you for purchasing one of our Roller Team 590 motorhomes and taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectation in terms of fuel, our policy as a business is to ensure that we always deliver a vehicle with a quarter of a tank of fuel, I do not understand why you have been advised that it had a full tank, please accept my apologies for this miss-communication. “When looking round we were left to browse with no pressure to buy. All our questions about the car were answered in full. Vehicle was serviced and in pristine condition when we picked it up. Would recommend Tottington Motors to anyone.”

“I am pleased with my vehicle - it is good value but I was disappointed because I have to go back to have a new flap fitted as the part they were supplied with came in primer and had to be painted. I feel they had ample time to check it and paint it to save my going back. I also have an issue with a section of the front bumper which was to be touched-up. The paintwork on this car is beautiful, it is a lovely finish and when I got home my wife noticed straight away the messy job they have done to this small section - a disappointment. All in all I am happy with the car, it is exactly what I wanted and I do feel it was good value. I have to compliment all the staff on their politeness and general attitude and I will definitely recommend your company to others.”

Dear Mr Barnett, thank you for taking the time to post a review and I am pleased to see that you are happy with your Ford Fiesta. I am sorry that you had to come back for the tow eye cover flap, whilst we had this upon collection of your vehicle we had to send it away to have it painted in Black to match the colour of your car. I am aware that you have been in today and Gareth has fitted the cover and also booked you in for the section of the front bumper to be painted. “We have been using Tottington Motors for many years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. We always receive personal, helpful and first class service from both the sales and service teams. The vehicles we have purchased have all been exceptional value for money and the service department have helped us out many times when we have been stuck. A firm with old-fashioned values who recognise that treating customers well brings repeat business.”
