“So here's the story... I went ultra aggressive on my last tank cleaning, water change and a full filter media strip. Bad move man! I caused the biggest algae bloom man has ever seen. You'd think I was growing uranium. I ordered an inline UV clarifier for my FX6 (from someone else)....it's a 6watt and I had 80+ gallons of toxic nuclear waste to clean. I think my 6 watt UV clarifier was bullied into thereapy by the algae bloom, as it didn't phase it one bit. All the while, I'm freaking out because I literally can't see my fish. I'm sure if this goes on they will be dead. so I did some research and found Top Shelf who carried large scale UV clarifiers AND if I order it they will ship overnight for FREE!!!! SO I jump on that bad boy... cuz I'm a doer. I buy... then I start looking into if this thing will work (backwards, yes I know) I have to call Top Shelf to get some clarification on the fittings and these guys go ABOVE... I mean WAY above to help me. Like facetiming me so I can see the sizing exactly... I mean, who does that?? Your customer service is STELLAR!! Without a hitch the UV clarifier shows up the next day and I immediately hook it up. Seriously guys!! 12 hours later my tank is 85% clear and I can see all of my fish. Now it's been 3 days and I have achieved what seems to be OmniPresent SuperGalactic Oneness in water clarity... I can see into the future with how clear the water is. Seriously guys! thank you so very much. You ARE Top Shelf and the name suits the service. Top Shelf, Top Notch, Tops, period! Thank you”
