“Really great cocktails. The mojito and pina colada especially. I hired it for my sister’s hen do and I believe everyone had a really good time.”

“Nice treat. Tasty cocktails. Expensive for what it actually was. Had wrong cocktail notes which meant we had to use our own Prosecco.”

“Booked 2 bartenders for them to make cocktails for a corp event, they had been given the wrong info and didn't bring the bar that was included, they also needed bowls, knives, chopping boards etc. I assumed that they would have all this stuff with them but they didn't. All in all, they had to set up on a ping pong table which really didn't look that great, but they made it happen and the drinks went down well. I did expect it to be a bit more professional than what we had as per the pictures on the website and for what we paid too! At the end of the day, they did provide all the alcohol and glassware and they were both very nice and easy-going bartenders.”

Hi Caroline, Thanks for your review. Im sorry to hear you weren’t completely satisfied. Unfortunately it would appear that you booked the wrong package. I’ve looked into this to see how this happened. I can see that you made the booking online yourself and you selected the tipsy cocktail class so this is what was provided. It would appear from your review that you wanted a cocktail service where we make the cocktails for everyone and that you wanted to hire the 3ft mobile bar. The Tipsy Gold Service or the Tipsy Bartender Hire would have been a better fit for your requirements and both offer the option to add the 3ft bar hire. Our website and quotes provide detailed information about the different packages we offer. We would of course have been happy to provide everything required for a cocktail service if this is what was booked. We have robust systems in place to ensure that we can not give the wrong information to the bartenders and we send out confirmation emails for you to check what you have booked. We did provide the bartenders with the correct information based on the package which you booked it’s just that you booked a different package to what you wanted which is unfortunate but I hope that you get to enjoy our services again in the future. I’m pleased we were able to adapt the lesson for you on the day to provide more of a service and that you still had a good time and enjoyed the cocktails.

“Russell, was fantastic with the communication prior to the event. Sadly, the mixologist arrived late and did not even mention it and was a little lack lustre. The drinks were good and everything ran smoothly enough, but had the feeling of being mechanical.”

Hi Dean, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the late arrival of your mixologist, we strive for the bartenders to arrive on time and instruct them to allow plenty of time for traffic, finding the venue and parking. Of course, even the best-laid plans can occasionally go awry but the bartender should apologise for any lateness even if this is only a few minutes. We have brought this to the attention of your mixologist Alex. We are pleased the session ran smoothly, occasionally some groups will "click" a little better with their bartender than others. We have reached out to you privately by email as well and we hope to be of service to you again in the future, we would be happy for you to try a different mixologist for any future booking.

“The host of the party, was patient, kind, polite, flexible and clearly used to dealing with a bunch of tipsy women, having a great time. However, host smelt sweaty, clearly had not prepared appropriate drinks for the mocktail drinkers that were anything other than cranberry juice and orange juice. This was disappointing given the money paid. He did not arrive with enough time to set up, meaning the party was running half an hour late. Guests started to get tired of waiting. When he cleaned up the drinks, he left the sink full of strawberry and mint. He also did not play any fun games, or provide anything other than, in my view, boring instructions to make a drink. Communication with the company was very slow, and when i did chase this up, i felt rude. unlikely to use this provider again to provide entertainment.”
