“We were so excited to have Tipsy Parties attend a hen party that we were arranging and felt it worked perfectly alongside the chef we had booked. Unfortunately the service did not meet our expectations. Drinks were supposed to be served for our guests at 7pm and were not ready until after 7.35pm meaning our guests had to use the kitchen where the chef was prepping food to make their own drinks. In addition the prosecco was not cold meaning that we had to add ice to the cocktails to chill them. When I provided feedback including photographic evidence of the time that the drinks was served I was told that this information was not true. Very disappointed and will not be using tipsy parties again.”

“Booked the cocktail making class for my 30th birthday. I made sure the address for where it was taking place was sent days in advance (they hadn't asked me for it but I messaged them myself as I was getting concerned that with less than a week to go they hadn't asked for the address). The night it was meant to take place I had a phone call from the bartender who was hosting the class saying he was unable to park at the property, I offered for us to come down to help unload any equipment and then he could go and find somewhere to park (at this point it was already past the time he was due to begin). But he said it's not possible as it is double yellow and a traffic warden is telling him to move therefore he can't not do the class. The guy who runs it then rang me to explain and apologise. I do not understand how a city based business does not check the address they are going to knowing full well you cannot just park outside city centre properties easily. It was far too late for us to make any alternative arrangements that evening and while we are getting a refund it does not make up for being completely let down on what was a big celebration.”
