It is a good job this company has ceased trading as they were a complete nightmare to deal with. They sent the wrong coloured tiles and then insisted they the ones we had ordered. To compound this they said we had to pay to return them.
They are owned by Topps Tiles and got a complete different experience from them when I rang their Head Office. They took complete control of the situation and a full refund was received within a week.

Ordered the tiles half were Broken had already waited 2 weeks for delivery, ended up just binning them as I didn’t have a pallet to return them . Asked for a refund and they would only refund the damaged ones and not even the delivery fee slough half were delivered damaged.

Tile Delivery arrived damaged which I immediately advised Tile Warehouse about and sent picture. Total of 13 emails later and 4 days delay responding to emails has left me with no refund. They expect me to provide more photos after paying out extra to my tiler to change the design so it could be completed on the day arranged.
Thanks to Oliver and Hannah for poor customer service squabbling over 4 tiles.
Would never use again.

Ordered 3 samples only got 2,
Tiles ordered were as stated, all good,
Z bar damaged, refund given no problems.
Good customer service, average delivery.
Product excellent.

I sent them a message on the day with photo evidence of the damages and it’s a week later and still no reply! I even sent follow up emails and nothing! I just want a refund at this point not even the tiles! The delivery cost more than the tiles themselves and they were shipped lose in a box with one air bag.
