“Very happy with the ties that were ordered for my wedding. They arrived in plenty of time and although a few of the items were out of stock they kindly sourced additional ties without question.”

“Tie for my partner and bow tie for my nearly 3 year old perfectly matched my dress. The size of the bow tie fitted fine tightened on maximum. Delivery was the best thing. I left ordering to the last minute and was worried whether ties will come on time. It was great, fast and just day before going away for wedding.”

“The braces were of good quality, but i have contacted the company via email and tried to phone to ask for details on how to return and have been ignored. So the refund window has now ended and we are stuck with an item we won't ever use.”

Hi Maddie Thank you for your email and order with us. We are pleased you think the braces are of good quality. We respond to all customer emails and have not received an email regarding the return of this order. Similarly, our phone line is open 9am to 5pm weekdays and we answer all phone calls received during this time and get back to any answer machine messages as promptly as possible. We have a 90 day return policy so as your order was placed on 9th June 2019, you are still well within this time period.
