“The best customer service I have ever received from a company! Messaging me on a Friday evening telling me dates when the items I wanted were going to be in stock…stuck to their word and let me know, really easy process to order! I would recommend you to absolutely everyone if I could! I found the perfect tie to go with our suits, if it wasn’t for the free samples you sent, I would still be looking now!!”

“Super helpful customer service and good quality ties. I emailed over images of the dresses I wanted the ties to match and Andrew posted me 3 swatch samples which I received in a few days. Good variation in colour and maycned perfectly. I went on to order 3 adults, 1 child’s and 1 tie on elastic, all of which were perfect. I would highly recommend.”

“I mistakenly didn’t put a door number on my parcel but ties planet were amazing. Friendly helpful and exceeded customer service. My ties were returned to the shop and back out to me special delivery and ties planet made sure they were delivered to me promptly and quickly for a mistake that I made. Would highly recommend. The quality of matirial of the ties and shade in colour were perfect overall very satisfied customer”

“I ordered the wrong shade colour of ties and bow ties for my wedding. After speaking to Ties planet about getting the right colour, I sent a swatch of colour I have and they matched the shade perfectly. Excellent service, very understanding of how important the colour of ties and bow ties were that I was looking for. Wedding taking place in a few days so I don't have pictures yet.”

“I ordered several times for my upcoming wedding a while back, wedding was postponed due to covid, so the wedding party changed slightly. I needed another tie, so logged in to my account, clicked past orders and reordered the same tie which it linked to, called exactly the same aswell ... Well the new tie arrived a totally different colour to the past ones. I messaged them and I was told that I must have ordered the incorrect tie... Which was not the case at all, the only difference was the normal tie was out of stock so I ordered skinny ... But it was for my son (the kids tie I previously ordered looked daft on him but skinny would of been perfect!) I have proof of this also and sent it across and they've just not responded. Luckily I've managed to re-buy the exact tie I required of Amazon for cheaper and free delivery.”
