“Hi yesterday after searching for a specific colour tie and square need for Monday ! I phoned tie planet who said they would dispatch the Ofer straight away, it was delivered to me by 10 am today !! Amazing service and goods 1st class ! Thank you !!!”

“Bought the piano socks size 6-11. If they fit 6-8 that is all. didn't go anywhere near the feet they were supposed to fit. not good at all.”

We are sorry that you do not feel this is the case. We are confident that particularly when compared to other retailers that our price/quality is very reasonable. With regards the delivery cost, we are very proud to offer a free delivery service using Royal Mail 24 service. This aims to deliver next day. Whilst we do charge for the guaranteed next day delivery service, we only charge at a level to cover our own costs of sending out using that service.
