“The colour of the tie came much different in reality to what was pictured. It was vibrant on screen but arrived washed out.”

“Ordering was relatively easy, and delivery on time was fantastic - just before Christmas. The only reason I have rated 4 stars instead of 5 is that the order went in with delivery due for Christmas Eve, is that I felt the communication was a little wanting given the late delivery/time of year. I did not receive any confirmation of order despatch or delivery after the order when through - as I did with all other online orders. Given the timing with shops closing, I would have thought this was vital - if it didn’t arrive in time as I would have to go out to shops to buy alternative! I had to ring up at midday when had not received any communication - seemed unconcerned and “we do not send messages out until 5pm”. Yes, I can see that on normal occasions, but Christmas Eve? When shops are already closed?! But THANK YOU, it did arrive in time and the gifts were appreciated. I would definitely use again, but communication around Christmas late deliveries could be improved.”
