“Fantastic service from Ties Planet. My friend ordered about 30 ties for my sons and his friends for prom. One had a spot on and another was sent out straight away free of charge. I ordered the handkerchiefs and they were sent super fast. Great service.”

Hi Ruth Thanks very much for your order and for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear you had trouble with the delivery. We did post out on schedule using the next working day delivery service. The courier says they attempted delivery on the correct day but there was no answer. Had we heard of the problem on the day we would have ensure we acted on the same day to try to get the parcel to you on schedule or as quickly as possible otherwise.
