After not receiving my order I made three attemps to contact the company to find out the status of my order. As of yet I haven't received a response from them or my order.

The socks are really uncomfortable as the seam is around the end not over the top so hurts your toes when in shoes :(

It was not a nice product shirt studs got broken on the same day, it’s not value for.money

It frayed on the night of the event and fell apart and, as I did not have a replacement, it was very embarrassing for me. Very disappointing as I had paid £15 for what I thought was going to be a high quality bow tie.

The square was far too small. It hardly tied round the neck. Waste of money.

NOT RELIABLE COMPANY After visiting this company website, it was very happy and thought it will be a good company, and ordered three ties, which they failed to send me, and was blaming courier service. I don't know it's them or their courier service. Then I tried to contact them as they were not happy to talk about it. What is my fault as a customer! First I have received anything. Secondly, when I asked for my money back, they are making different kinds of excuses to keep my money inappropriately. Is this a company code or ethics? Please do buy anything from this kind of small companies as money means everything to them; they don't care about the customer, as the word customer satisfaction long to go. It's so weird that how this types of companies got 88.81% good reviews! I have also posted some email screenshot as evidence. Still, I am trying to get my money back.

In terms of the width of the tie we are more than happy to help source a wider one for you. We list the tie as being 7.5cm width, which it is. This is a standard width at the moment, as style do change over time. As mentioned though, we are more than happy to help source a wider one if required. We will of course take your feedback regarding the quality on board. We try our best to only offer quality items and believe the tie ordered is made from a very high quality satin, which is reflected by other reviews for the product. We ordered the tie on May 1st it still has not arrived. Today is the 30th of May. We wanted the tie for a wedding which was on the 22nd of May. Would we buy or order anyyhing from you again? The answer has to be a NO.

We dispatched your order on schedule on 1st May using the service chosen. This does normally deliver within 3-7 days to Europe. Having tracked the parcel, a delivery attempt was made on 15th May 2018 but the courier advise that they did not have a complete address so were unable to deliver. We will of course contact you privately to discuss this. I assure you had we known the parcel had not been delivered promptly, we would have done everything possible to ensure the goods were with you ahead of the required date. We try our very best to ensure all colours are pictured as accurately as possible on our website but due to different screen settings, shades can look different on different monitors. Shocked as the recipient refuses to wear it due to an error on the periodic table printed (he knows it by heart) - atomic no 71 is not Le, it is Lu. Unacceptable.

We have looked into the delivery of your order and a delivery attempt was made on the scheduled day and a "While You Were Out Card" left. We do try our very best to make it as clear as possible on our website, that for the next working day delivery service, a signature is required on delivery. As no-one was available to sign for the parcel, the courier could not deliver. We do very much appreciate your order and of course wish the delivery could have been made. Hi Adekunle Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to read that you have not received your order. We have checked this and your order was posted out on schedule using a tracked delivery service. Two delivery attempts were made on the scheduled delivery date but on both occasions no-one was home to receive the parcel. As such, a "While You Were Out" card should have been left with instructions on rearranging the delivery or how to collect the parcel yourself. I never received the ties that I ordered. I paid for special delivery to get the ties quicker, however, I did not know that would require a signature and the post office would not put in the mailbox. As a result it has been over a month and I have not received the ties. I work during the day and live in an apartment complex where usually parcels are given to the apartment staff. However because your company sent the package with the requirement of a signature the package was not left with the front desk. They will probably be returned to your company. I ask that when you receive the package please either refund my money or resend regular mail.

As you chose the "Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For Delivery" service your order was posted out on 6th June using this service. We emailed you on 6th June 2016 to confirm the tracking information. We are sorry you were not expecting to have to sign for the parcel but as the delivery service is called "Tracked & Signed For" we believe this makes it very clear that a signature is required on delivery. We in no way intend to mislead in any way and pride ourselves on offering outstanding customer service. The information we currently have suggests the parcel is now on its way back to us. When we receive the parcel back with us we will of course re-send the order using regular international airmail. I have just placed an order, how can I truly write a review of it? Why can't you wait till I have received the order? It is a waste of a customer's time asking for a review at this stage. You seem just to want to take undue advantage of the Internet.
