“I ordered a sample tie to match against my bridesmaids dresses and got the wrong colour. I telephoned and spoke to Andrew who was brilliant. I returned the tie with a Swatch sample of the dresses. He colour matched it and sent me back my Swatch with the correct colour tie. I am just awaiting delivery of the bridesmaids dresses to see the tie next to it and I will be ordering the rest of the groomsmens ties.”

“Excellent customer service from Andrew who sent colour samples to help choose ties for my upcoming wedding. No problems when I had to exchange a couple of items (colour not quite as expected). Delivery was prompt. I would definitely not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend.”
