“Great ties, sadly they didn’t arrive as per the stated delivery in time for a teachers gift at Christmas! Possibly not Planet Ties fault more so Royal Mail.”

Hi Zoe Thank you very much indeed for your order and review. We are pleased you like the ties but of course sorry to hear they were not with you in time to give as a Christmas gift. We did post all orders out on schedule but unfortunately the unprecedented volume of mail alongside the coronavirus related complications felt by Royal Mail prior to Christmas did result in some delays to deliveries. We are of course extremely sorry it was the case with your order. We do find the service to be generally very reliable and it was very much a 'one-off' time in run up to Christmas. “I was very pleased with the woollen socks I bought for my husband. It's quite difficult to find ordinary as opposed to hiking-type woollen socks. The patterns were modern and varied. The service was excellent - it was easy to order and the socks arrived within a few days. I've bought similar socks before and would recommend your website and products to others”

“Bought this Cravat as a Christmas gift for my father in law. Great quality and he loves it. He struggles with a tie because of his age and tells me he can manage this cravat and is really happy with his appearance this gives & keeps his neck warm.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of socks for hubbies for stocking filler Xmas presents. More expensive than I would pay for everyday socks but as gifts didn't mind as really liked thr design. Hubbie says they are really warm and comfy.”
