“Needed a black tie in a hurry. Found one which was immensely good value on Ties Planet website. I placed the order but a week later it had not arrived. Called them and then discovered it was my mistake because I had put down the wrong post code. But they promised to put one in the post and it arrived next morning, in time for the funeral for which I needed it. Could not have asked for more. Excellent service indeed. Eventually the packet with the wrong post code arrived and I called Ties Planet to ask about returning it. They said I could keep it or give it away to someone! Well deserved Five Star Service from Ties Planet!”
