“Good coms & sample swatches sent to me. Unfortunately they didn’t have the colour in stock but they would place an order with their supplier. Because of the possible lead time I purchased a tie from them which was still a very good match, good quality & received it almost immediately.”

We will email you to discuss this privately, but your order was sent out over four weeks ago, so should have been received long before now. It is very rare for a parcel to take more than two days for delivery, so something has clearly gone wrong in the mail system. “I was so impressed by the quality of the ties and the brilliant service. I bought the wrong colour match initially. So they sent me some swatches, I was able to match the right colour. They then exchanged the ties without any issues. Really great service!”
