“Item ordered over 3 weeks ago for a dinner night which has since passed and have yet to receive the item i ordered. If and when it turns up it will be immediately returned and i expect a full refund.”

“Fantastic customer service from Andrew. I ordered the wrong shade, requested some swatches which were received the next day. Placed a new order and again item received the next day. Very happy with item and quality. Will definitely be recommending Ties Planet.”

“Received brilliant customer service when ordering swatches - came so quickly! Follower up by ordering 4 ties in one colour, quality of great & Ties Planet is very cost effective! Perfect colour to go with my bridal party & they arrived in good packaging to avoid creases.
