Multiple year customer. Good product but customer service sucks. The web site is difficult at best to navigate thru to get to the desired product. Phone never answered. I will continue as customer hoping for positive changes.”
“The pricing with free shipping and the occasional coupon is perfect. The website is not user friendly and is a jumble of confusion. Placing an order takes too long and trying to get thru by phone is next to impossible. Frankly the only reason to stay with Sulu is the pricing/shipping/coupon and that's wearing thin. A revamp of the website is in order and having the phones covered.”
“Love that you offer this cold pressed organic unrefined avocado oil . My only complaint is the plastic container. The plastic taste sorta leeches into the oil. I would strongly prefer a glass container option. Thanks for considering!”
