“Nobody answer the phone, or return my emails. I placed and order on April 12. While I received a UPS tracking number, it appears the package has still not been handed off to the carrier—UPS shows that only the label was created, but the shipment itself hasn’t moved.
This delay is significantly impacting my business operations, and unfortunately, I can’t afford to wait any longer.”

“The communication from Sulu customer service is extremely slow to non-existent. I have had two orders with mixups. They really need to pay more attention to details. I wish they can respond to my questions without me having to send multiple inquiries to get a response. I am still waiting on a response from an email I sent yesterday as well as an email I sent them over a week ago. It gets very frustrating.”
“I ordered three different essential oils from their website. Two of the three were very obviously artificial fragrance oils (lavender and vanilla). I know what lavender essential oil is supposed to smell like and the oil they sold as 100% pure lavender essential oil smells absolutely nothing like it should. It had a very strong, purfumy and VERY artificial smell to it.”
