“The stock signs I ordered were great (a couple of dozen A4 3mm thick Alu signs and some 3mm foam plastic waymarkers). Not too over-packaged (I can't abide waste). However, the gripseal bag of little screws included with the order hadn't been closed, so they were all over the inside of the packaging (and probably some on the floor of the delivery van) - fortunately they didn't scratch the signs. I've dropped a star, because I had wanted to order a couple of custom signs to be delivered with them as well, but the facility for editing your own sign wasn't up to the job, I'm afraid. It made the margins far too wide, leaving the text very small in the middle of the sign. Custom sign editors on other sites were better, but they didn't have the three stock signs I bought from you. I've dropped another star because of the crazy way the website showed the pricing:... One discount was applied then another, then the first was removed again, then it was reapplied, then the second discount was removed again - and during this process some numbers included VAT then others didn't (without saying). After calling Customer Support, then hours of reverse engineering, I finally worked out what the heck was going on with the discount calculations. Customer support were helpful and provided a proforma invoice, so I didn't have to trust the crazy pricing on the web site. They promised to fix the web site. In a final irony, they said they had given me an extra little discount, but they hadn't (I didn't expect or need it, but this just gave me a final extra laugh :)”
