Hi Bogdan Thank you for your review. The order was dispatched within 24 hours of you placing your order. It sounds like you've had an issue with the delivery by DHL. If you could contact us direct on 01977 220000 or email sales@thesignshed.co.uk, we'd be happy to investigate and contact DHL on your behalf. As you'll appreciate, we can only resolve delivery issues if we are contacted direct if you have a problem. Fortunately, we check reviews on a daily basis and have been alerted to the issue. As with all dispatched orders, you should receive an email from us confirming dispatch of your order and to contact us if the order doesn't arrive within the expected time frame. Really not impressed and will not be ordering from them again. Unfortunately their website was not showing the correct sign for the order placed and had to ring them when order arrived. Was told to re-order correct item after them having to look into their website issues and return incorrect signs to be credited for wrong item received. It would have cost nearly as much to post back as to what original signs cost so hence very disappointed.

Hi I'm very sorry to hear that you had an issue with the item that you received. When a customer orders the incorrect item we ask that the item be returned, upon which we will automatically refund the postage. The item sent to a customer is as per the product image on the webiste and to the specifications in terms of the size, material and quantity requested. If we have sent the incorrect item to a customer, we always send a replacement the same day, on a next day service and do not request the item(s) to be returned. On rare occasions the incorrect sign is sent out, but we will always rectify this immediately upon notification by the customer as it is our mistake. In which case, the customer should receive the incorrect item the next day. Unfortunately you haven't supplied your name or order number with your review, but we'd be happy to look into the matter and resolve any outstanding issues if you could contact us at sales@thesignshed.co.uk or telephone 01977 220000. At the end of the day, we will always go out of our way to resolve any issues with an order and I'm sorry that you feel that the service you've received is not up to our usual high standards. Goods never received.Got in touch with company and said parcel mislaid by royal mail.They are sending goods again via Express service. Will not use again.
