“Sign is well made and clear but the wording was not exactly the same as the sign I thought I was buying. Same message, different wording.”

Hi Usebia Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the Fire Action sign that you ordered wasn't the size you expected. You actually ordered the smallest version of this sign that we produce (150 x 200 mm). You chose the 150 x 200 mm option, but maybe you should have ordered the next size up (A4). As you'll appreciate, we only send out items that are specifically ordered by our customers. We would always recommend contacting us direct at sales@thesignshed.co.uk or calling us on 01977 220000 if you have any issues at all with an order. Reviews are checked on a weekly basis, although we do and try and respond daily, wherever possible. “I ordered for quick delivery. I had no option to say deliver into shed. I was not home on three attempts of delivery. Ended up to go to postoffice which apparently close at 10:00 so had to go back another time. ?‍♀️ I paid £15 extra for the service. Please specify how delivery can be done when not at home!”
