If you could contact us direct on 01977 220000 or email sales@thesignshed.co.uk, we'd be happy to investigate and contact DHL on your behalf. As you'll appreciate, we can only resolve delivery issues if we are contacted direct if you have a problem. Fortunately, we check reviews on a daily basis and have been alerted to the issue.
