“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I spoke to someone called Wes… at first Wes was fine, then Wes decided to not explain everything to me in a sneaky way & then was telling me to lie on multiple occasions to get approved. I get a wage & commission and he’s told me to not say I get commission. I then had to directly ask as he didn’t tell me, would my payment amount change as my wage is always different he then said yes after telling me prior it would be the same amount for 5 years. I told him I do not want to proceed. He then continues to call me to discuss when I’ve decided no already. He’s then sending me text message when I am at my grandmother’s funeral saying well what am I going to do about my situation… IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS - Forceful, Sneaky & rude. I will be following up with a complaint when I am back. That is no way to speak to somebody who is vulnerable, in financial problem or grieving. Makes me feel sick it’s allowed, can’t be legal”

“Worst decision I did was using this company, poor communication and poor knowledge of the financial system, my situation worsened since using them and they try and blame it on small print etc DO NOT USE”

“Sadly I have to revise my review as this no longer stands since starting my IVA plan I have not been able to successfully contact anyone or have anyone reply to my messages and emails!! Totally regret my decision to go with them. I spoke with Tina originally who was very helpful and understanding, whilst I was at work she communicated only via message always asking if she could call first, Then Steve took over and arranged the IVA for me he was very helpful and understanding and gave me the good news one day after surgery which really helped reduce some stress.”

“Completely let when my iva didnt go through . Was left to try and sort out all my creditors after what was promised to them didnt happen. I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety , what happened left me completely desparate . I am still trying to sort things out now”
