Sadly I have to revise my review as this no longer stands since starting my IVA plan I have not been able to successfully contact anyone or have anyone reply to my messages and emails!! Totally regret my decision to go with them. I spoke with Tina originally who was very helpful and understanding, whilst I was at work she communicated only via message always asking if she could call first, Then Steve took over and arranged the IVA for me he was very helpful and understanding and gave me the good news one day after surgery which really helped reduce some stress.
