About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“Fabulous service from The British Blanket Company, I love the colours and quality of the weave of my throw. Very efficient ordering and delivery service. I would of liked to have seen a different material to plastic used inside the outer (paper) delivery bag…However, I understand this could be incase of wet weather and danger of damage.”

“I am just so happy with this product. It was expensive for a blanket and a little discount code would have been nice BUT the quality and warmth it gives is just amazing. It's such a luxury item and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone pondering over if to get one or not. It was a gift for my husband and he loves it and the whole family love it. The colouring is clear but not overwhelming and the tassells are beautiful.”

“The blanket that we purchased is brilliant, we chose the colour carefully which fulfilled our wishes when it arrived, the wool is thick and looks rare breed quality, the heat retention is outstanding.
