About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

“Love my blanket. Can't have anything heavy on our legs so this is just great on half the bed over the comforter. Nice and warm and light.”

“I live in Canada and ordered a throw, the duck egg blue herringbone throw. It was delivered quite quickly. It is even more beautiful in person. The blue is really gorgeous and the pattern very smart. The one thing I like about The British Blanket Company blankets/throws is that they come with a beautiful fringe. This really accentuates the throw and makes it look really classy. The blue with the cream fringe is gorgeous. We fold it at the bottom of our bed during the day which in itself looks lovely and put it across the bed at night for coziness and warmth. Thank you.”

“I am very pleased with the beautiful blanket I have received- XL Dusky Pink & Pearl herringbone throw. The colour is lovely, just what I wanted for my newly decorated guest bedroom and true to the colour representation on the website. I think this company has a wider range of colours than their competitors and are competitively priced. Delivery was efficient- I ordered on a Friday and the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on the Monday in a sturdy paper bag. I would recommend this company and will be ordering again myself in the future.”

“I have ordered from The British Blanket Company before and was extremely satisfied with my purchase. However, on this occasion the colour of the blanket I purchased didn’t quite suit my decor. I contacted them to fill in a return form and after numerous times gave up. I sent a message explaining the situation and I am happy to say I received the returns instructions by return. I am just waiting to see how long my return takes to get back to them and of course for monies to be credited to my bank. Would recommend purchasing from this company. The products are beautiful”
