About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“This is my second order as I am so impressed with this beautiful small throw. The quality is fabulous. I ordered another for a friend as it will be a perfect gift. I’m awaiting for the pale pink to come into stock so I can order another ! Truly recommend!”

“I ordered two blankets for over our knees in the garden. They are so cosy. The wool is really soft. I love the detail of the colours in the fringe. Very good quality.”

“I very rarely write reviews, but I’ve honestly been blown away by the quality of this blanket and it’s also simply gorgeous. This was a 2nd wedding anniversary present for my husband (not quite the classic “cotton”) and I’m sure we will have this for years to come.”
