About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“Having looked at many blankets and throws on different websites it was refreshing to find such a wide variety of modern and traditional choices. Great service, beautifully wrapped and delivered very quickly. Excellent quality and beautiful colours. Already thinking of ordering another. A touch of luxury for our sofa.”

“Unlike the younger generation I prefer to see goods before buying them. However, needs must and I needed a throw for these chilly evenings. I ordered a blanket on line and I received my blanket in record time and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am so pleased such wonderful quality and such a good price. “Beautiful quality, soft blanket. The first one I ordered wasn’t the right colour and returning it was very expensive (as I was exchanging, it was a shame it wasn’t free return) but I am thrilled with the new one and exchanging it was very quick and easy.”
