About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“Came across the website when searching for a blanket for my daughter’s bed to complete her newly decorated room. Was taken by the lovely range of products and decided to order - service experience was excellent in that the communications were good and the blanket arrived within days. Product itself is beautiful - would use the company again and would happily recommend to others.”

“I needed to order covers for two sofas that had recently been recovered and are in an orangery. Before ordering I checked by phone the colour of tbe new Hazel.shade. After being told it was a soft pastel shade I decided to order two large throws (Hazel is not avaiable in small throw). They arrived quickly beautifully packed. I am.very pleased with my purchase, the throws are very soft and nice quality. I will certainly order more in the future.”

“Excellent quality at a reasonable price. The pumpkin colour is very vibrant and adds a welcome splash of colour to the sofa in my sitting room. Delivery was quick and I would certainly recommend this company.”

“I love the British Blanket Company products. It's important to me to support our traditional wool industries and businesses, plus I get to wrap myself in something beautiful. My blanket arrived well-packaged, the outer double-layer strong paper bag is reusable, inner plastic bag recyclable, I think. The company likes to offer different collections to keep updating and they are very good at it.”
