About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“I came across this company while looking online for a gift for my friends. And I am so glad I did. I love the fact that it is British and I love the fact that I am supporting a brother and sister tea that clearly have a passion for proving great quality goods. My friends loved their throws. “Bought a blanket for my father, it was sent directly to him so I haven't seen it yet. He is delighted and says it keeps him very warm while reading in his chair. It took five mins to choose it, pay for it and confirm delivery. It arrived within a few days with no problems. I will certainly be buying more from this company. I recommend.”

“Excellent service and brilliant quality blankets. Very fast and personalised acknowledgment of the order and very efficient delivery. A final nice touch is the heavy paper bags in which the blankets are delivered; no waste plastic here!”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but I was very impressed with our blanket! It's well made, cosy, very large (fine for two people), and looks lovely. It seems to wearing very well after 3 months of heavy use. I think it was great value for British made wool and a good quality product.”

“I picked up the business card for this company a few years ago on a trip to Frome market and found it again before Christmas last year. I had clearly kept it for a reason. The two blankets I ordered arrived really quickly and are just lovely - beautiful colours and texture. The price is really reasonable too and my family are delighted with them.”
