About The British Blanket Company:

The British Blanket Company is a family-run business bringing colour, comfort and warmth to homes all over the UK and beyond. Founded by siblings Bethan and Joe, we’re passionate about creating beautiful blankets that feel as good as they look.

Our designs begin in our Bristol studio, where we pair joyful colour palettes with timeless patterns. Each blanket is then woven at traditional mills around the British Isles using natural, sustainable fibres like wool and recycled cotton.

What makes us special is our focus on quality, craftsmanship and sustainability. We work closely with our makers and choose materials that are kind to both people and the planet.

Our customers love us for our uplifting colours, thoughtful touches and the cosy feeling that comes with every blanket. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, we’re here to help you find a little extra joy, every day.

“I was given one of your blankets for Christmas and liked it so much that I have bought another one as a throw over an old chair. Beautifully made, and great to cosy up by the fireside with one of them! Well done in sourcing the product, and great to buy British!”

“WOW!! These blankets are gorgeous and looks so lovely draped across my sofa. So much so that my son wanted to take it back with him to Barcelona so that left me no choice but to buy another one. Looking at the scalfs now as a present for my sister- in laws birthday.”

“Ordered an armchair blanket to protect the sofa from our dog as large throws were too big and looked untidy. The blanket is excellent quality and material. Looks great on the sofa and stays in place and looks smarter. Product arrived promptly after ordering. We ordered a second one in a different colour for our snuggle seat. Dog is happy and we are happy that our sofa looks smart and is protected.”
